We’re growing!
We are a family-owned and operated vision clinic, serving patients in the Auburn valley since 1978.
The Auburn area has grown a lot since then, and continues to grow at among the highest rates in Washington. Our clinic has been blessed with the opportunity to expand to meet the needs of our community.
Crain Eye Clinic may be getting bigger, but we don’t ever want to lose the values that were put in place back in the days of bell bottoms and perms.
Our purpose is to provide a strong community healthcare presence where people feel acknowledged and appreciated. At our core we strive to be known as kind, conscientious, caring, and authentic people serving our community’s eyecare needs.
Putting our core values into practice
Kindness.
When in doubt, be kind.
Treat people how you’d like to be treated.
Make people feel better when they leave than when they came in.
Diligence.
Bring Your A-Game.
Set goals, prioritize tasks, stay organized, and stay motivated.
Always be willing to learn. Ask for help, when needed.
Caring.
Solve problems & look for ways to make things better.
Offer constructive, positive ideas.
Develop and use good judgment and critical thinking.
Authenticity.
Be vulnerable, accept honesty, and show grace to others.
Seek to understand others’ perspectives.
Be willing to be honest about real issues.
These values guide our hiring decisions as well as our assessment of our team’s performance. We aim to build a team that’s 100% on board so that we don’t find ourselves working at cross purposes. Our days are much more pleasant and rewarding when we’re all working together toward the common good of the clinic.
If you value kindness, conscientiousness, genuine caring, and authenticity, then we encourage you to review our open positions below. If you think you’re a good fit, please submit a resume, cover letter, and references using the form at the bottom of this page.
